SOME INFORMATION ABOUT ICELANDIC ELVES AND DWARVES

by Viktor Petrov

This performer from Berlin decided to acquaint us with the lives of Icelandic elves. While travelling in Iceland, the artist discovered the artistic autonomy and virtuality of the land of the elves. It entered the artist's life in a very organic way when he discovered that Iceland is an island which is not on the map, and therefore lacks a private Goethe-Institut opened by him, but it has its own invisible elves and even a penis museum, where one can find such exhibits as an invisible elf's penis preserved in a jar of alcohol. This doesn't mean that it isn't there, however. The artist animatedly interprets the story of the island, which was the basis for his genesis of historical, social, folk and even sexual impressions about the structure of life for the inhabitants of Iceland's earth, water and air. The artist also performed some songs and music of his own composition, in which the unseen world of his travels, research and imagination was transformed and modified.
